Fun Foundations
This class is the cornerstone of what we do here. There is an overarching programme that ramps up monthly so that you have ever stronger foundations to go and enjoy life or the other classes we do here.
There are 2 monthly programmes that cover both push and pull movements and you can record and better your progress via our app. A good place to start for all levels.

Wicked Shapes
You may know this class as Calisthenics. It is strengthening your body and improving your mobility so you can make pleasing gymnastic shapes and look graceful! It is also a lot of fun and we are all about fun here…

Perfect Power Lifting
In this class you will be working to improve your lifting technique across 3 key movements: Back Squats, Deadlifts and Bench Press. You learn a lot about how to lift these lifts and what you need to do to improve your lifting technique.

Fantastic Physiques
A circuit class with a great soundtrack (mostly) with the aim of adding some muscle whilst making you sweat. Think of a nice mix of lifting weights, some conditioning and good vibes.

Happy Heart & Lungs
These are high intensity classes that involve working your heart and your lungs but also your muscles. Great for improving cardiovascular fitness and probably the most intense session on our roster so be prepared…

Beaut Strength
Following on from the lifting technique class, this one spends more time on squats, deadlifts and bench press to give you the chance to keep improving whilst also bringing in other lifts such as pull ups and shoulder press.
Think a much grittier version of the foundations class.

Strength, Sweat & Skills
Our newest class. Learning some more complex fitness skills, getting stronger in the process and then reaffirming what you learn with some sweat to finish.

Awesome Olympic Lifting
Helping you to learn and perfect the Olympic lifts; the snatch and the clean and jerk.
A workout for the brain and the body.

Babies & Barbells
A strength class designed to offer parents some calm in a sea of baby madness. You lift weights, your baby and get to hang out with some very lovely people.
